This site and the eBook are published by Ask Regina Baker, a division of Computerize U-II, based in Houston, Texas. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean that business. "You" means the person buying or reading the eBook.
By purchasing, downloading, or using the eBook, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not buy the eBook.
The Ripple Effect is a digital eBook delivered as a PDF file. It contains seven chapters covering mindset, platforms, budget planning, obstacles, and building a sustainable speaking business.
Delivery is instant. After checkout, you receive access to download the file. There is no physical product, nothing is shipped, and there is nothing to return.
What this is not. The eBook is not coaching, consulting, mentorship, a course, a membership, or a done-for-you service. No calls, sessions, group access, community access, or personal support are included at any point. If you want to work with Regina directly, that is a separate engagement with separate pricing. When you buy the eBook, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read it and apply it inside your own business. That is a generous license and we intend it to be useful.

If you would like to buy copies for a team, a bureau, an association, or a cohort, email us. Bulk arrangements are available and cost less trouble than getting caught.
The eBook is sold at the price shown at checkout, in United States dollars. Payment is handled by our third-party checkout provider, which processes your card details directly. We do not see or store your full card number.
Prices can change at any time. The price you paid at the time of your purchase is the price that applies to that purchase. Price changes are not applied backward and do not entitle you to a refund or a credit.
Because the eBook is delivered instantly and cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final and no refunds are issued. Please read the product description and this page before you buy so you know exactly what you are getting.
If the file will not download, arrives corrupted, or you never received your access link, that is a delivery problem and we will fix it. Email us within 30 days of purchase and we will get you a working copy.
Your download link is delivered by email and on the confirmation screen after checkout. Save the file somewhere you will find it again. If you lose it, email us with the name and email address used at purchase and we will re-send it.
We aim to keep download links working, but we do not guarantee permanent hosted access. Download and keep your own copy.

Your results depend on your market, your fees, your offer, your effort, your consistency, and plenty of factors nobody controls.
